Megan Dean

In her role, Megan serves as the liaison between client partners and BH Companies, managing all aspects of daily property operations including budget plans, financial reviews, HR functions, marketing, and customer satisfaction. In addition, Megan works closely with the BH Due Diligence team on all refinances, acquisitions, and dispositions in her region and has assisted with the successful execution of several new community lease ups and full property renovations. She joined BH in 2013 as a Community Manager and later served as a District Manager and Regional Manager, before being promoted to Area Vice President in 2021.

Megan’s previous experience includes nine years in the student housing industry, during which she earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Megan attended the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Science and Educational Psychology.
