FROM: 8am to 5pm (daily) with a one-hour lunch break
CAMT MEMBER COST: $729
CAMT NON-MEMBER COST: $1029
LOCATION: LINC at Gray's Station in the building at 310 SW 11th St, Des Moines, IA 50309
ATTENDANCE CAP: 20
To obtain CAMT you will need to:
- Minimum of 12 months of apartment or rental housing maintenance experience. (This can be obtained while taking the course, you will receive a provisional certificate until this requirement is met.)
- Successful completion of all CAMT coursework
- Pass the examination
OUR INSTRUCTOR: Zach Hood, Monarch Investment and Management Group
LUNCH: Will be covered by the Greater Iowa Apartment Association on Wednesday, October 11th. If you cannot have PIZZA (dairy, cheese) please let GIAA staff know so we can arrange other options for you.
