Evictions in the Current Climate
Panel discussion on how to handle evictions amidst the current pandemic
2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic have presented a number of challenges for the multifamily industry. Now that the eviction moratoriums have expired, more and more of us are finding ourselves in a position to move forward with evictions for unpaid rent. It can be intimidating when the "rules" are changing faster than we can keep up!
If you have more questions than answers about filing evictions in our current climate, this is the event for you! Join our panel of experts who will share their expertise on the current process, landlord resources, and what to expect at court.
Our panel includes : Joe Wallace w/ Simpson, Jensen, Abels, Fischer & Bouslog, P.C., Eric Burmeister w/Polk County Housing Trust Fund and Chris Fetters w/Conlin Properties
