RESEARCH COMING SOON - U.S. Apartment Demand Through 2035

The National Apartment Association (NAA) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) will release the updated the Apartment Demand research in Q2 2022. The newly updated study estimates the number of apartment units that will be needed through 2035 at the national and state level, as well as for 50 metro areas.
The full report will include the following topics:

- Supply/demand imbalance
- Single-family rental trends
- Changing demographics
- Population growth
- Homeownership rates
- Housing shortage
