The GIAA Board comprises 5 Directors, 2 Supplier Officers, and the Executive Committee (President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Officers may serve in a specific role for a 2-year term with a maximum of 3 terms in any given role. Officers and Directors are selected by a Nominating Committee annually following a call for nominations in October. The "slate" is ratified by the GIAA Membership.
