Industry Win: Thanks to diligent industry advocacy, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) withdrew their criminal screening and Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rules. Read more

BOI Reporting: The U.S. Supreme Court issued an emergency stay removing the universal injunction blocking enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act and Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reporting. This clears the way for the government to move forward with enforcement of the law. Read more.

What We're Doing

Immigration: NAA is working on member resources as it pertains to federal enforcement of immigration policy. The resources will be distributed early next week.
