Industry Win: Thanks to diligent industry advocacy, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) withdrew their criminal screening and Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) rules. Read more. 

BOI Update: Despite the U.S. Supreme Court's emergency stay, a nationwide order from a second case (Smith v. What We're Doing

Immigration: NAA is working on member resources as it pertains to federal enforcement of immigration policy. The resources will be distributed early next week.

Affordable Housing: “Most low- to moderate-income families rely on naturally occurring affordable housing — housing that is affordable without government subsidy. These landlords need help to keep this housing supply available.” (Chicago Sun Times).
